After proto-typing art assets, tools and asset pathways for Insomniac Game's first Flash based game, in collaboration with the Creative Director, I helped assemble a full art team, trained new hires on our processes and created documentation for our internal wiki-pages while maintaining our WordPress blog. I was responsible for the early scheduling and coordination of art, design and engineering tasks. I set-up the out-source partnerships with outside studios for art, animation and audio. I worked with the external producers to focus content and delivery of milestones. I also took ownership for the level layout and game play design of the levels you see in these screen shots.
